Captain Fisher has lived and worked on the water his entire life. He is a United States Coast Guard Licensed Captain since 1976, spent twenty nine years with the Virginia Marine Police, regulating recreational and commercial fisheries in the Chesapeake Bay and surrounding areas and another sixteen years in local law enforcement.
